Causes and Symptoms of a Hard Heart:
1) Selective hearing (possible inability to hear God’s voice)
2) Prevents generosity 
3) Comes from Disappointment and/or Hurt
4) Causes the loss of Expectations 
5) Causes you to Complain, be Critical and UNTHANKFUL
